Some variations might include additional flavors from garlic, peanut oil, and salt. Served often with sides like onions, tomatoes, cilantro, lettuce, and lime juice, Beef Suya offers a tantalizing mix of nutty, smoky, and charred flavors. This dish is not just food; it’s an experience that brings the taste of Africa right to your plate.
